தமிழ் பிறப்பு ரஹஷ்யம் - 2 : A Legend On Tamil Grammer Agasthiyam

Entire world was gathered at Himalayas to watch the Grand marriage of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati ; that is, in scientific terms, release of energy or shakti and subsequent accumulation of masses or shiva at Himalayas. This has created great imbalance between south and north. Rishi Agasthiya was the only one who had mastered the construction \ destruction of natural structures so as to remain in tune with natural asters. So Shiva called Rishi Agasthiya to proceed to South to take care of the imbalance created by the marriage. Agasthiya agreed on one condition that Shiva & Parvati after marriage has to give dharshan to him.

While proceeding south, he has brought down the height of Vindhya and Sath pura Hills which then were taller than theHimalayas.

King Cauvera heard about the skills of Agasthiya. He offered his daughter Lopamudra to Agasthiya as his wife so as Rishi to overboard in his country and construct a Gamandal dam across River Cauvery.

Now the River Cauvery confined in the dam.

Chola kingdom in the south faced a severe draught for many many years. Then the Chola king was told to please Lord Ganesh during Ganesh Chaturti with Modhak and sweets.

Finally Lord Ganesh came in the form a boy released Cauvery to go in her own way. Agasthiya who got angry, realised later that the boy is Lord Ganesha himself and offered THOPPU KARANAM[2]. Ganesha reminded Agasthiya that he has not honoured the commitment given to Lord Shiva and overstayed and created unwarranted problems. Ganesha cursed that there will never be any solution to the problem created by Agasthiya.

Even after thousands of years, the problem is continuing during Ganesh Chaturti–because of Ganesha’s curse!

May be because of the legend, which ends like this:

Agasthiya proceeded to down south. As requested , Shiva and Parvati gave dharsan to him; that is where western Ghats were formed which prohibits rain in the eastern side of the Ghats during south west mansoon leaving Tamil Nadu- a dry state.

Feeling guilty, Agasthiya pleaded Shiva, to take away the sins created by him of his marriage, confining River Cauvery and creation of ghats. Shiva told him, the problem will continue for ever. However, he can get away with the sin by writing grammer for the language spoken by the affected and that langauge will live longer than the existence of world. That langauge is Tamil and the place is called Papavinasam situated near the western Ghats.

Agasthiya wrote grammer to Tamil, called Agasthiyam and as told by Shiva, Tamil has become the oldest langauge spoken by crores of people even today and not an ornamental classic language. Agasthiya ensured that the pronunciation of Tamil is such that the breaths and vibrations associated in pronouncing this old langauge to take care climatic conditions*. [Notes on *:Sage Panini (Sanskrit) visioned three nadis (Sa,Sha,Shaa) emanating from Mooladhara Chakra and Sage Agasthiya (Tamil) identified as one(Sa) considering the energy levels in climatic conditions. All three nadis are emanating from Mooladhara Chakra. As you may be aware, "hum" - a malevolent mantra in Tibetian climate is not necessary in India and "ham" is sufficient.
For south indian climates, Sage Agasthiya distinguished "La" -(one nadi by Sage panini) emanating from Swadhistana Chakra as three nadis la,lha, zha. Climatic conditions do alter pranic body of habitants.]
